General Maintenance and Service 411

The Mini Service is approximately a one hour go-through of your motorcycle to ensure it is functioning safely. Should be performed at least annually.

The Minor Service should be performed approximately every 6,000 miles. It is morei ntensive than a Mini Service. This usually includes spark plugs and air filter service.

The Major Service is the most thorough. This is to be done approximately every 15,00 miles. Includes valve adjustment. Be prepared to leave your bike with us for this service.

It is important to keep your chain clean, lubed, and properly adjusted. When applying lube yourself, please allow for at least an hour before riding to allow the liquid lube to thicken.
Also, be sure to thoroughly clean the chain and adjust it at least every third application.
