EXPERIENCED MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC NEEDED

 Motorcycle Performance Services (MPS) is a well-established motorcycle shop based in Los Angeles, specializing in Japanese and Italian motorcycle repair, service, and race modification. Owned by Alex White, a veteran racer and shop owner with over 30 years of experience, MPS is known for its commitment to performance and quality. We are now expanding into the BMW and Harley market and are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanic to help us elevate our services to the next level. 

 We are currently looking for a veteran Motorcycle Mechanic to join our dynamic team at Motorcycle Performance Services. As a key player in our expansion, you will be instrumental in our move into the BMW and Harley market. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in motorcycle repair, service, and race modification, with a particular focus on Japanese and Italian makes 

- Perform expert-level repair, service, and race modification on motorcycles, with a specialization in Japanese and Italian models.

- Contribute to the expansion into the BMW and Harley market.

- Utilize your expertise to elevate the overall performance of motorcycles passing through our shop.

- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service and quality.

- Veteran motorcycle mechanic with a proven track record of 4+ years.

- Full array of tools required (including metric).

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated to delivering top-notch service.

- Ability to contribute to the growth and success of the shop.

- Commission-based pay with a negotiable base salary.

- Salary expectations starting at $60,000 annually and upward.

- Team member perks include parts at cost + 10%.

- Deals on used bikes and parts.
